I started this company because I saw too many homeowners overwhelmed by the upkeep their homes require — forgetting filters, pushing off maintenance, and then getting hit with expensive emergency repairs. Rock Canyon exists to take all of that off your plate.

Frequently asked questions.

What's the difference between Core and Premium?
Core is a quarterly membership — we visit 4 times per year and handle all the essential maintenance tasks. Premium is a monthly membership with 12 visits per year, plus additional services like monthly appliance care, detailed photo reports, refrigerator filter replacement, garbage can sanitizing, and a quarterly DI or dump run.
What does the free Home Wellness Report include?
Every member receives a Home Wellness Report after each visit. Core members get a standard report quarterly; Premium members get a detailed photo-documented report monthly. The report covers what was serviced, what was observed, and any recommendations for follow-up attention.
Do I need to be home during visits?
No — most members are not home during visits. We just need a way to get in: a lockbox code, a spare key, or you can leave the door unlocked. We provide 24–48 hours advance notice before every visit and send you a full report when we're done.
How does billing work?
Your first month is billed on the date of your first scheduled visit. Subsequent months are billed automatically on the 1st. Payment is processed through Stripe. Add-on services and supply overages are always invoiced separately and require your approval before any charge is applied.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice — by email, certified mail, or personal delivery. You'll remain on service through the end of the 30-day period.
Are supplies included in the membership price?
Standard supplies are included — HVAC filters (MERV 8–11), water softener salt, washer and dishwasher cleaning tablets, and garbage disposal treatments. Premium members also get standard A19 LED bulbs. Higher-rated filters (MERV 13+) and specialty bulbs are billed at cost with advance notice.
